Claw exchange problem

I killed a gungl and got a claw

Went to ostap and went through the entire quest dialogue, but got no quest message in chat (like this 13:10 EVIL ONE » Moonwalker : 12:41 Your clan leader has received 10 Clan coins. Seized: Evil Gungl Claw 1 pcs)

When I try to do the quest again, it says I have no claw to exchange. I have no coins in backpack either :stesn:

What is happening? No claw and no coins, though i did kill one, did get the claw, and did exchange it?

They drop in party backpack if leader distribution is set.
