Flaundin Rebel Cast not displayed in Fight log

While fighting Flaundin Rebels [8] I noticed that they sometimes do a -59 Cast that is not displayed in the fight log. Model action resembles Flaundin attack in middle (Throwing a rope-like thing) that does 59 dmg no matter in block or not.

Can this be fixed please...
