Where are the Axes (pair) for dodgers? I have bought a primary axe thinking that the auxillary axe was there!! Please allow me to exchange it if and when the pair is available or least to be refunded?

Today when has come into game, has seen an axe a level above, it it has not been declared, that there will be a weapon of higher level that has leaded into error.
I ask to understand position and whenever possible to change to me an axe 3 ур on more dear http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.php?artikul_id=6285 with removal of a difference of cost from balance.

Yesterday I have bought an axe on 3-6 lev(http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.ph…act_id=95136378) as was not on 7-11lev(http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.php?artikul_id=6287), and now they are, whether it is possible that have I have taken away an axe and have returned money?
