yes it's second part of event now. As written in news, go see the elder.

Seems like event if finding out about event :lol:

First solution to my own request:
The 4-times/day quest is NOT at fair/Festival Organizer but at Elder.

Second thing is that - in difference to all other quests before where handing
in was first/on top sentences -handing in at elder now is last sentences.

Here i have the translation:

Нам должно повезти старейшина Я приложу все силы чтобы найти его...
We have to get lucky. Elder. I will do my best to find them (12 pages)

Я раздобыл дюжину листов как вы просили...
I got a dozen sheets as you requested ...

This event as a whole has been a nerve-wracking experience so far. It's being rushed, now you see a quest, now you don't, now there's a new quest, now there isn't, try to catch up, suckaz!

This b day event was a totall fiasco... first its all russian and made many people cancell their quests...second they told us that pages would drop on mobs but they didnt... and now they close battlefields for 5 days and bring another quest requiring us to go do bf... I dont know you folks but Im watching this mess with joy :lol: :lol: :drink:

Yet we see another bugged quest... Some people cant go past the first quest... some cant go past kretch one...

The sad thing is ; This is a new event and its obivious that Ru devs worked on this... I loved the concept of nostagia but it has been delivered soo poorly that it lost its attractive side its annoying now nothing more...

Now I hope admins lowers the prices of rewards... If not Im sure many people wont bother to do new events
