Does anyone know why the game is working in a very weird way when it comes to letters? I see people sending gifts and messages with letters consisting umlaut like "ö" and "ü" or special letters such as "ç" but whenever I try it, it shows question mark instead of that letter. Is there a way to solve it or is it just random?
