Ok admins have had long enough. It is time to explain to us how to declare war against a clan. Some clans are stronger than others and as such people should know that there will be consequences for messing with its members.
In my opinion, as soon as a mag attacks a human in neutral or human lands, that human's clan should be able to kill the mag and their clan. Stronger players should be allowed to protect their clan. Disgressions can reset weekly or a day from the original incident, but allow players to protect their clans.
