my.com is problem

I have a problem .My problem is my.com and lost items .I forget my passaword .I want to reset password . but my.com did not send me a password reset. I spent 2 months to get my acoount back.My precious resources ( evil eyes , bubly metal celebration punch etc.) has expired.I got my account at 28-29July. I want my items back , please help me
