Longest Secret knowledge without sucess - 18 in a row!

What is going on - I had the last 18 pile of papers in a row handed in and all 18 has failed - I only have 5 secret knowledge before this long streak even began - I need some answers - this is driving me crazy!.

Someone fix this bug!

yeah it's frustrating - I just now added 1 more waste to 19 - something is not right with the wiseman. getting on my nerves sometimes.
