not received achievement

hi, tell me plz how can i receive achievment points for some of my dids, which i did ( two years ago) before achievement statistics was introduced into the game?

For example: receive lvl2 achievement is not yet accomplished, it's kind of a joke...

Some of the achievements can be retrieved in the event Past Performances.
