Questing about eldive/kroffdor bless

A magical effect that a female Kroffdor mage is able to bestow on her brethren, using a special rite, as a result of which the warrior's incarnum proceurement skills will increase significantly.

When using this bless or the Kroffdor the procurement stat in the attributes screen still stays at 1. It says the procurement skills increase, so where is it showing??

can someone give some insight on this?? This is an important question that needs clarification for all mages n ur replying to posts bout deleted characters from multies n ignoring this :angry:
