WOD Client Options
The client can be downloaded here. Below is a guide to using some of the features of the client, and how to set them up.
Chatlogger
Plugins>Chat log
This does exactly what it says on the tin, it logs your chat, on all channels. You are able to filter chat based on Chanel(s). From this log you can either copy the highlighted chat, or you can save the highlighted chat to a .cl file. There is an option on how long the logger will keep chat history for.
Autoanswer
Plugins>Autoanswer...>Autoanswer settings
This function will enable an autoanswer function. The function can trigger after a duration set by you, in minutes. Each of the 6 chat channels can have a different message. On the panel setting there is an option to beep on incoming message (when afk or all the time), and an option for the client to 'flash' when receiving a message.
Auto flooder
Plugins>Autoanswer...>Flood settings
This function will enable chat flooding function. This can be in 5 of the 6 channels, raid is not available. there are five different sections for floods, each can be enabled/disabled. Each of the floods has a timer on it and a selector in minutes but NOTE the minimum time between floods is stated as 5 minutes in the chat rules.
Chat macros
Plugins>Autoanswer...>Chat macro settings
This function enables creation chat macros that will give short cuts to predefined messages.
example
alt + s = please can someone remove my.gif)
on the list you can add many messages, the default is alt+ but you can add others.
Remember Clothes
Plugins>Remember Clothes (clothes tab)
This saves the set up of your armour/rings/weapons/amulets, just dress in your gear and save it, you can then rename that save, you can add different set ups, like hunting and underwater so you can change easily on the press of a few buttons. You can also use this to undress your character completely.
Remember Belts
Plugins>Remember Clothes (Potions tab)
This saves the set up of your belts. Just equip your desired potions and save it, you can then rename that save, you can add different set ups, like hunting and battlefields so you can change easily on the press of a few buttons.
Favourites
Plugins>Favorites
This acts like a typical browser favorites list, you are able to add, delete sort and rename the links you have saved.
Notepad
Plugins>Notepad
This is a basic notepad to log your thoughts and dreams in WOD.
Screenshots
Plugins>Screenshots
Shortcut F9 This gives in game screenshots and gives an option of the place you would like the pictures to be stored. There is also a way to create auto screenshots, on an adjustable timer, with a minimum of 5 seconds duration between shots. Like the single screenshot there is an option to choose a folder for the images taken.
Chat height
Service>Set chat panel height modes
There are options under this tab to set the default heights (in pixels) of the chat window on pressing F7 or F8.
The following are not functions of the client.
Complaint
To complain someone breaking the chat rules right click the chat time
Group reply
To reply to a group of people in chat left click the time of the chat, then a reply to all the people will be placed in chat ready to send.
