can't change to eldive rep

i choosed kroffdor rep and i have about 10 rep now.I want to change to eldive rep but even when i kill the kroffdors needed and i get the msg that i can go and talk to Chooli-a-Veyna abou my initiation,she gives me no choice to change side.

i still have the quest in my quest list.

is there a way to change sides or it is a lifetime commitment? :S

You need at least 500 Kroffdor Reputation to change the sides.
