Problem with remembering achievements

Bludiara doe snot give quest to remember achievements.

I did not do this quest in past several months (only time i did it is when you only first introduced achievements more than a year ago).

I believe it's a race-wide issue, not a personal one, every person I asked on human land could not get the quest.
