issue with game client

After downloading the game client it is not allowing me to use the superblow function on the top right ~error superstrike table will update upon opening bagage -> Superstrike

ok have tried reinstalling, have opend backpack and opend superblows .. have rebooted.. am on win 7 and ie 8

Have you tried clearing the cache of browser and client? (Button in top client-menu "Error!" -> "Delete obsolete files, clear cache...")

yes and still the same.. brand new pc.. client is so far only thing loaded other than office!
