Quest Bloody Plot

I need to complete the quest to earn tokens in chaotic battles.
However, I haven't been able to complete the Bloody Plot assignment for years.
When I enter the first glade of oblivion, the "destroy the altar" option doesn't appear.
I can only enter the second-ranked Vassals Tomb and select the "destroy" option to fight.
I spoke with the mentors and they told me to submit a support ticket.
Please resolve my issue and I request compensation from you for the chaotic battles for which I have not received any reward for years.
