Is a giving negative effects on home land to clam mate of lvl 20 that attacked me witm summons, a provoke?
I went out of my own way and asked my guard friend, no it is not. Only direct attack without provocation would be an issue which he didnt according to your links. Maybe ask a guard next time instead of creating forum posts

I do not blame you but you can also contact them via sending mails, speaking for magmar side, there are couple guards i didnt see since months so your best bet would be sending mail to head guard on instance of all being offline on the moment of your checking.
