Phoenix Flash Ring Efferct

Im wondering about the Purifiaction by fire effect to evaluate how useful this item may be.

Maybe is able to answer my question about Purification by fire Effect:
Burns away.... Hostile magical effects.
What is included in this ? In specific will following effects be removed:

- Retribution scrolls/ powder?
- Incarnation effects - Eternity Guard incinarting stare in specific?
- Agony Cuisses effect?
- Filth Mirror / Exahusting Filth Mark and other Shiass being effects?
- Seal of antimagic?

Any way to tell in game what effects might fall under this rule or not before the item is out for testing?
Somebody maybe has some clear answers from Experiences on RU server?

Legendary item effects dont have categorized effect set but it mentions Fanatic effect. My personal opinion would be pet skills, retri/weakening effects as well as punishment arrows.. :truce:
If knowledge is power then why i cant prevent my life going downhill?


Amount of people who cant read is both impressing and depressing.
