1. There's a chance to receive them In certain special events as rewards. These include:
-Luck Glow
-Magic Mirror
-Battle Pass
2. In any size of Thaler Bags that can be received in various ways. Be it Trade Fair of Wonders, Battle Pass, Sacred Forest Treasure Chests, Beneficial Exchange event, inside chests of specific seasonal events such as Ice Box, Spring Basket and so on.
3. During certain events on the battlefields, it is possible to win Platinum Thalers as a reward besides other rewards for winning the battlefield. An example to this would be the Magic Storm in the Ancient Battlefields event or the Chaotic Battles event.
4. It is possible to receive them directly for spending a certain amount of gold or diamonds in the Premium Shop, Trade Fair, Holiday Fair and other special events like the Contraband Shop during Smuggled Bags event.
5. It is guaranteed to receive Platinum Thalers for increasing one's account's premium level.
6. It is possible for players to receive a promotion from the bankers and therefore receive platinum thalers for buying diamonds.
7. It is possible to receive them as rewards by opening chests/caskets/bags in Faeo. These include:
-Valuable Chests such as Gilded Chest and Ten-Fold Precious Trunk during Valuable Chests event
