Kretch Butcher
A low-level warrior who wants to face this beast should have the right equipment that can withstand the beast's blows (around 30-50dmg), as well as a weapon that can crush a powerful enemy characterized by enormous life force (7864hp). He cannot show fear in front of the beast by moderating his blows using block, because the beast, sensing this fear, gains bravado so Butcher deals critical blows every time. The Butcher, as the leader of the Krechts gathered in the lair, enjoys their great respect, because of which they are ready to give their lives for him, sacrificing themselves in exchange for giving him life forces. This can be prevented by killing his little helpers before fighting the Butcher. He also has the ability to deprive the warrior of the life regenerating effect used. However, he is not aware of the appropriate moments to use this power, so it is easy to outsmart him by using healing effects after he uses a spell. [align=initial]A prudent warrior who wants to face the butcher alone should equip himself with moroki or other creatures that will fight at his side. However, he should not use the help of creatures significantly higher in level than himself, because the magic gathered in the underground lair, sensing this creature, will give strength and vitality to Krecht-butcher. For low levels, the maximum level of an ally is therefore 6 and one should avoid summoning other creatures. Before the fight, it is also worth using effects that increase our parameters. To do this, you can equip yourself with the Warrior's Blessing available from Kort (humans) or Torgor (magmars). We can also ask the dragon for help in the fight, who will gladly bestow his blessing on us on the 23rd-26th of each month. The use of one of the elixirs will also have a significant impact on the fight:

Members of the Brotherhood of Virtue can also support warriors with one of their blessings, so it is worth turning to them especially in the case of levels 3-4. We can use additional reinforcements such as the amulet of power, the elixir of combat mastery, the holiday punch or the dragon elixir, however, they are more difficult to obtain and expensive, so their use is a more individual matter.
Warriors going together to the beast do not have to make such extensive preparations, but for their own good they must follow the rules regarding not using block, not summoning too strong creatures and, better, also getting rid of the remaining moles from the location.
Warriors with levels 3 and 4 cannot, however, obtain the most valuable artifact available from this beast, which is the Evil Eye of the Butcher, due to the lack of access to the effect of the power of the rainbow/rage of vercide. Consequently, they also cannot increase their reputation as Juggernauts in this way.

I use google translate so loweg I pasting my orginal version witchout links:
Posiada on również zdolność pozbawienia wojownika użytego efektu regenerującego życie.

The Kratkh Shaman and how to kill him - A universal guide for levels 5 to 8
This guide will provide you with a strategy to kill the Kratkh Shaman YOURSELF in the most effective manner. I'll try to be as succinct as possible, because, like with most things in life, "learning by doing" is the way to go. Do not despair if your first attempts aren't as promising as you may have hoped - you will get better with each boss you kill.
Let's do this step by step, and I'll add complementary and summarized info about buffs, mounts and slotting at the end.
- First off, before you can enter the Old Cave, clean the Butcher's lair and then kill the Butcher himself. You know how (or read up on it in the guides provided in this section). It is a nice exercise in patience for the boss that interests us now
- Indeed, what's most important with the Shaman is that you don't try to rush it. Why? Because of a little effect called "All for one" (https://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.php?artikul_id=33835). It really is the only one that matters, so we'll be focusing on that.
- To counter this effect, you must do one thing: be at full LP when it wears off. Keep an eye on the countdown and heal up at the right moment. It'll require a bit of exercice and foresight to find the best timing, but you'll get there. Here's another motto for you: "Practice makes perfect."
- To make your life harder in adjusting your LP in just the right cadence, the Shaman uses the effect "Kretch stuff" (https://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.php?artikul_id=33834). Every block, dodge or crit takes 10% of your life points away. Alas, this can hardly be countered in a rigorous fashion... except maybe don't use Blood Elixirs or other effects of that sort.
- Nothing is lost if you miss to counter the "All for One" effect once or even twice - keep calm, be patient, you'll see three kretches appear, but they are weak and you'll easily kill them. Keep an eye on the boss's effect though. Once you're 1 vs 1 again, back to business; the shaman is stronger, but not by much.
- The rest is every fighter's bread and butter: get your enemy to 0 LP. No rocket science required, just the ability to do damage. (Note: This, of course, is easier for dodgers and bonecrushers, and for people with purple armor or better; but even I was able to do it with my all-blue heavyweight set. I wouldn't recommend this kind of gear for our level reach in general though... I digress, sorry!)
- Once the shaman is down, time to collect your earnings in the adjacent room. And then maybe find another challenge with the Spider Patriarch
Now to the requirements:
Mounts: None needed - and none desired! The effect "Shackles of Powerlessness" (https://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.php?artikul_id=28421) prevents them from using their abilities, but more importantly, the effect "Cannibalism" (https://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.php?artikul_id=33833) may provide the Shaman with 20% LP. (That's only if the mount dies during the fight, so you could still throw one as support at a later point in time.) As a last resort, use your Arkhas if available. It gives you more LP back than the Shaman gets when the mount insta-dies.
Slotting: Powder and retribution scrolls are useless here (by way of https://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.php?artikul_id=33840), so I suggest, next to your obligatory Giant Elixir and the very optional Celebration Punch/Dragon Elixir, a mix of healing scrolls and life elixirs plus some Vampire or Power Elixirs (Blood Elixirs aren't recommended because of "Kretch stuff", see above), in any combination desired, and adapted to your needs, your preferences, your armor and combat style. There's no one right way here. [Hint: I found Elixirs of breather quite helpful in place of (some) Life Elixirs or healing scrolls, as they facilitate your main task of being at 100% LP at just the right time!]
Buffs: Again, this depends on your basic stats, your set and armour, your availability (there are more challenging fights in the game to use up good buffs for, tbh), etc. Just make sure to be able to deal enough damage (so for the hopefully very few Heavyweights lvl5-8, maybe bring along a Sacrificial Elixir).
As to whether the Shaman is a boss to do alone or in group, well, it doesn't matter so long as everyone keeps checking the "All for One" effect on them. Everyone gets the rewards individually after the fight. The Kratkh Shaman can only be killed once per player per active instance, so preparation is key; don't bring along a Leroy Jenkins kinda guy *g* One thing is worth mentioning though: if you're in a two-level-group (2 players lvl7 and 3 lvl 8 for example), let one player with the lower level attack first! The Shaman will have less LP as it scales on him/her.
Enough reading, time to fight! Good fortune, warrior

Kratkh Shaman
Kratkh Shaman
It will not be easy to cut the shaman crest. First of all, I should mention that do not throw a mount or morok higher than your own level. Then enter with a group of 4 or 5 people as high as possible. Place 1 giant potion in your pockets and a life potion in the remaining slots. It is important that your pocket count is as high as possible, so try using different belts instead of the passenger belt. Do not play in blocking because this crest will hit you higher, not lower, in blocking, which will be to your disadvantage. You can throw a luan tiger as a mount. If you are in a very difficult situation, you can throw a high number of gorgulya and kill the butcher with gorgulya poisons by doing time.

Heralds - Task 2
Abilities:
This version of Kretch Butcher comes with some additional abilities than regular Butcher.
Here's what he can do in combat:
Break Formation - If any player is using block, the Butcher can jump into a group and deal a heavy area-of-effect strike. Blocking is not recommended – it makes you a target for this attack.
In the Name of the Butcher - If the Butcher is in danger, nearby Kretches may sacrifice themselves to protect him. This results in the Butcher regaining 60% of his max HP over 90 seconds. Always clear the location of Kretches before the fight.
Green Slime - A powerful ability that removes all active healing effects from scrolls and potions on every player. It also poisons everyone, dealing 510 damage over 90 seconds. Healing during this time becomes extremely difficult.
Ominous Aura - Everyone attacking the Butcher suffers from 30% reduced vampirism and loses mana equal to 5% of the damage they deal. Using an Elixir of Atshi during this fight is wasted, because its effect is immediately removed, effectively burning the potion slot. Additionally, if your vampirism is too low, the aura may trigger a reverse effect similar to retribution, so watch your health carefully and don’t rely solely on life leeching.
Battle Strategy and Recommendations:
???? Avoid using block! It will trigger the Butcher’s leap ability, causing massive AoE damage to the group.
???? Do not use Atshi elixirs – they are suppressed by Ominous Aura. Instead, opt for other boosts like Anger.
???? Enter one by one when fighting in a group – this will reduce the chance of multiple players being affected by Green Slime at once.
???? Use a red Giant to increase your pressure and overall damage output.
???? Clear nearby Kretches before engaging – if not, they may heal the Butcher during the fight.
Extra Tips:
✔ If you're poisoned with Green Slime, wait until the Butcher is directly across from you to use healing – some effects only work when he's targeting you.
✔ Consider delaying your attack if you're heavily poisoned and your healing has been wiped – focus on stalling or shielding until the effect wears off.
✔ The more fighters you bring, the easier the fight becomes – but coordination is key.
✔ Use The Magical Fish of Faeo Pack of Cards to boost your vampirism during the fight.
✔ For levels 1–10, it is recommended to use: Giant Elixir, Vampires Elixirs, Elixirs of Life.
✔ For levels 11–15, use: Giant Elixir, Anger Elixir, Spirit Elixir, Mana Elixir, Elixirs of Life (in illusory pockets, bring Mana Elixirs).
✔ For levels 16–20, use: Giant Elixir, Anger Elixir, Spirit Elixir, Mana Elixir, and activate the Great Thirst for Revenge superblow.
✔ Groups are especially recommended for players between levels 1–15, where the fight can be tougher solo.
✔ If you’re low on HP, you can use an Amulet of the War Mage to block incoming damage, or summon moroks that can help restore your health.
And remember, the more buffs you use, the easier it is to kill any superbeing ????

Where to find Celestial Butcher
This guide is applicable to fighting Celestial Kretch Butcher during 3 different events. Depending on the event, your rewards for killing the Butcher may vary. To check the possible rewards, please refer to the links below.
You can fight Celestial Kretch Butcher:
I. In Kretches Lair during Sky Power-up: Kretch Butcher event. Please note that in this case it is highly advised to kill all the kretches in location with Butcher before actually fighting it. Otherwise it might end up badly due to one of his abilities:
This healing effect cannot be removed in any way other than preventing it from happening by not allowing any kretches to join the Butchers side.
II. In any location during The Queen's Calling event after using
(scroll can be obtained from Lady Mary in quest “Kretch Butcher must die!”). In this case it is recommended that the low level should start the fight and let high level players join and kill Butcher as it will not change Butcher's HP and stats during the fight.
III. In Kretch Butcher’s Hall during Celestial Empowerment: Union Of Constellations event after using
(without using the scroll, you will not be able to enter the location with Butcher). Scroll can be obtained with an average probability when participating in battles on the Plateau of Silence, the Ancient Plateau, Haunted Place or other disputed locations. In this case you do not have to worry about killing kretches in location as they simply aren’t there.
Battle tactics
In all three events, game mechanics allow you to fight an empowered version of Butcher both in group or solo.
Important: in case you want to go in group to a fight with Butcher during the Union Of Constellations event, every person in group needs to use

There are some basics applicable to every fight with Celestial Butcher:
- Do not use block. If you use block against this Butcher, he will answer with his special skill:
.
This skill targets all enemies and deals significant damage.
- Do not count on mount's abilities as celestial Butcher has the effect that blocks every ability:
The only effects that work against this ability are Archas/Gromdrag summoning effects (as they get cast before mount get shackled) and Tuver’s abilities (as his will is too strong to be shackled).
- Do not drink elixir or use healing scroll near the end of your turn, it is recommended to use only elixirs and not scrolls and use them right when your turn starts. Otherwise you might encounter effect
that removes both healing scrolls and elixirs that additionally poisons all enemies. It is not recommended to use any healing while this effect is active on you.
- Do not use weakening or retribution powders/scrolls since Butcher removes them easily with
With the same effect, he removes most of the arrow effects from the bow and chaos magic.
- You can kill this boss on your own or in a group. Having more people in group will of course make it easier (you will not have to use that many summons and blesses as Butcher's HP will be the same as in solo case and in group you will have more people to deal damage) but there is no special tactic/items you can use to make it more efficient like it is in case of other celestial superbeings.
- Protip: fight with Butcher while well blessed (when going solo) should not take more than 10-15 minutes. That is why it is a great idea to go kill this superbeing while using your leftover blesses from chaotic battle/other PvP or PvE events. This way you will not have to spend as much on a single fight

Celestial Kretch Butcher Fight Guide - Part II
Tactic for levels 10 and below
Your vampirism will be reduced by 30% (because of Butcher's special ability), so using Magical Fish of Faeo or other vampirism buffs will not recover your HP from inflicted blows unless total % of your vampirism exceeds 30%. Though you should still use it - this effect in reality works like retribution effect so if you have 0% vampirism, you will be taking 30% of your damage dealt yourself. I would advise using giant elixir, 2 slots of vampire elixirs, Celebration Punch (if you do not have colliding effects like Black Dragon Liqueur or Elixir of Good Intentions. You can find out more about colliding effects here.) and rest should be healing elixirs. For going solo, it is adviced to use some offensive buffs (Vertsida's Fury/Rainbow Power, Warrior's/Elder's Blessing Talismans, Might Charm,Flame vial, Dragon's Blessing and Symbol of Heavenly Blessings). The more blesses you can afford the less you will have to spend on summons. For group option you do not need as many blesses unless you want to finish the boss quickly.
Battle is pretty straightforward, you just follow rules mentioned above and control your HP level. If you go low on HP and do not have the potions, consider using Spirits of elements, Crimson Roc, Grog, Warmages, Archas/Gromdrag. Their main purpose is to help you to control your HP during the fight while they will deal some damage to the boss. Since Butcher is already adapted to your level, using high level summons like level 13 mages from card decks/Black Joker Deckand superbeing amulets is a great idea to reduce his HP. Make sure to use those summons wisely and decide how many of them you need based on how the fight is going.
Tactic for levels 11 and above
Do not use atshi elixir. Butcher’s ability removes it from you. In addition it decreases your vampirism ability by 30%, which means that using Magical Fish of Faeo or other vampirism buffs will not recover your HP from inflicted blows unless total % of your vampirism exceeds 30%. Though you should still use it - this effect in reality works like retribution effect so if you have 0% vampirism, you will be taking 30% of your damage dealt yourself. Moreover, you will lose mana equal to 5% of every damage you deal to Butcher. Using anger elixir is highly recommended. I would advise using giant elixir, anger elixir, spirit elixir, Celebration Punch (if you do not have colliding effects like Black Dragon Liqueur or Elixir of Good Intentions. You can find out more about colliding effects here.), 1-2 slots of mana and rest should be healing elixirs. For going solo, it is adviced to use some offensive buffs (Magic Aureole, Twilight Blessing, Might Charm, Flame vial, Dragon's Blessing and Symbol of Heavenly Blessings). The more blesses you can afford the less you will have to spend on summons and it is really important since summons will not help you much regarding dealing damage to the boss, which will be described below). For the group option you do not need as many blesses unless you want to finish the boss quickly.
Battle is pretty straightforward, you just follow rules mentioned above and control your HP and mana level. If you go low on HP/mana and do not have the potions, consider using Spirits of elements as they are the best support against this version of Butcher. Their unique ability to heal and also restore mana whenever your HP is lower than 33% proves to be crucial in fighting Butcher. Other summons which can be a good support are Crimson Roc, Grog, Warmages, Archas/Gromdrag. Their main purpose is to help you to control your HP during the fight but they are not gonna deal much damage. On level 11 and above it is not advised to use summons to deal damage as it would be financial overkill - celestial Butcher on this level range is strong enough not to be bothered by cheap summons. One good idea would be using Steel Gromdrag + Gold Gromdrag (with the help of a deckor horn) or double Gold Gromdrag on levels 16+, since Gold Gromdrag is a very powerful and cheap summon.

Astral Projection of Butcher [15] - although it is the third astral superbeing in the hierarchy, its defeat is easier than the Astral Projection of Harcide and Astral Projection of Korr. To take up the challenge, you must buy Astral Projector: Kretch Butcher, kill Kretch Butcher in his Cave and use the projector.
Skills
It has the universal skills of all astral superbeings:
- Immunity to Stunning
- Mighty Confrontation
- Astral Purification
- Astral Wave
Since this boss there are also few changes worth mentioning:
- Shackles of Powerlessness - A curse of powerlessness, which does not allow mounts to use magic capabilities in battle.
- Astral Cuirass - a milder version of this effect. Now it allows doing rational physical and magical damage. Due to their nature, astral projections have high magical and physical damage resistance.
It also gains its own unique effects:
- Astral Anger - unlimited, randomly during fight. Reduces the efficiency of all healing effects by 90% for 30 seconds.
- Astral Shroud of Doom - unlimited, triggers when any Kretch joins. Boosts Kretches' blows to ~240 (crits ~500). Astral cover strengthens your allies, granting them 2500 Strength and 2500 Vitality. Having Astral Spirit in battle blocks this ability.
- Astral Regeneration - 9x during fight (after each 10% HP loss). Magical spell restores 2016 points of life energy over 240 seconds.
- Vulnerability to Critical Hits - passive skill. This monster takes significantly more damage from critical hits.
General tips
- Because of passive Vulnerability to Critical Hits skill, the recommended fighting style is Bonecrusher.
- If you are Heavyweight, make sure you take enough buffs (recommended all those listed in the guide + Sacrificial Power Elixir)
- If you can, use also buffs that increase your chances for critical dmg.
- Watch your HP. You don't want to have low HP and get Astral Anger when you are just about to heal. If it has already happened, stall until the effect is gone.
- Astral Spirit is not very helpful or recommended in that fight (a spirit will die fast, and Kretches can ignore your fight for 5 minutes only to suddenly be joined by 7 at once). If you are worried about a lot of Kretches in a fight, you can rather clear the hunting screen in the Butcher's Cave before the fight.
- Butcher will adjust his life and damage to the highest level in the fight. Keep this in mind before you decide to use, for example Grog
- You can use Arkhas as additional healing or Time-Lost Battle Tuver at the end of the fight. The abilities of these mounts will work. Alternatively you can use Steel/Golden Gromdrag mount if you are going to use more buffs and end the fight quickly. It will give you damage boost (Steel/Golden Lizard Might) for whole battle, which is significant and useful. Remember what I mentioned above - if the mount's level is higher than yours, the life and strength of the superbeing will increase.
How to fight
Combat strategies are aimed at average players - the strongest or players with legendary items are able to defeat the Astral Projection of Butcher solo with less effort and buffs.
13-15 lvl
Slots:
a) For solo: Giant, Spirit, Atshi Elixir, Celebration Punch, 5x Mana Elixirs, 1x Life Elixir. If you have more slots (regular/ilusory one), fill them up with Life Elixirs. High-quality potions recommended.
b) For group (2 or more players): Giant, Spirit, Anger/Atshi Elixir, Celebration Punch, 3x Mana Elixirs, 3x Life Elixirs. If you have more slots (regular/ilusory one), fill them up with Life Elixirs and Mana Elixirs.
Buffs:
a) For solo*: Magic Aureole, Twilight Magic, one of the Flame of Vials. Optionally: Might Charm, Great Blessings of the Heavens. Any additional buffs that increases damage (like Dragon Buff, Force of Nature), chance of critical damage (like Prismatic Ring) or vampirism (like Secrets of the Ocean Amulet or Abysmal Waters Power) will make the fight faster and easier.
b) For group (2 or more players): Magic Aureole. Optionally: Twilight Magic, one of the Flame of Vials or market elixirs.
Tactic:
Fighting against superbeing is simple and only involves dealing damage. Butcher's damage is 115-145. Its healing effect is slow and weak. However, the fight is against two opponents: one is the Astral Projection of Butcher and the other is your limited mana. You can take Water Nymph Standard (if you have collected deck) and use it when needed. Using Great Blessings of the Heavens could be a good decision. If you exhaust your mana, remember that you can switch to a physical stance and still deal decent damage. If your damage with buffs is less than 1600 dmg, I recommend clearing the hunting screen of Kretches before the fight - it will take just a moment even alone. If you or your group use more buffs it is not required - just keep hitting to win the fight.
16+ lvl
Slots:
a) For 16 lvl: Spirit, Anger Elixir, Celebration Punch, Mana Elixirs x3, Extracts of Vampirism x2, Extracts of Power x2. If you have more slots (regular/ilusory one), fill them up with Mana Elixirs and Extracts of Vampirism/Extracts of Power
b) For 17 lvl and higher**: Spirit, Anger Elixir, Celebration Punch, Extracts of Vampirism x2, Extracts of Power x5. If you have more slots (regular/ilusory one), fill them up with Mana Elixirs and Extracts of Vampirism/Extracts of Power
Buffs: Magic Aureole, any market elixir
Tactic:
From level 16 the fight is very simple. Applies to both solo and group fights. Just use the glaze and keep hitting. Golden Gromdrag mount is highly recommended. Use Extracts of Vampirism to recover your health if necessary. There is no need to clear the hunting screen, you will be able to kill Kretches in 1-2 hits. Butcher's damage does not exceed ~230 dmg (~520 crits, occurs rarely). Use Great Thirst for Blood Super-blow (combined with Power Extracts to little heal) or Wild Boar Strength Super-blow at 16 lvl (opponent can’t block/dodge that) and Thirst for Revenge Super-blow at higher lvls for mana regeneration.
---
Temporary low effort tactic for everyone:
Since 20.06.2025 temporary talents are available until winter. If you have already unlocked them, you can use the Temporary talent: Fanatic's Curse to kill Astral Projection of Butcher without any buffs. Take Giant Elixir and Life Elixirs, block, and hit until he dies - no other buffs needed.
---
* - does not take into account 13 lvl, because the amulet can be purchased and used from lvl 14. If you are 13 lvl and have decided to carry someone, please make sure you have enough concentration and penetration.
** - only if you have Thirst for Revenge Super-blow. Otherwise use slots from a) point

Kratkh Shaman guide for non-mage players
Kratkh shaman can be found in the Kretches' Lair, right next to the Kretch Butchers lair, in a location called the Old Cave. You can’t get there without killing the Butcher first. It is also obligatory to have a Kretch Amulet in your backpack. You can obtain it from seasonal rewards shops.
These are the most important abilities that will have an impact on the strategy:
Kretch Stuff
If you dodge, block or critically strike, you lose 10% of your max HP. Annoying ability but can be “countered” with vampirism.
All for One!
All for one! Shaman keeps using it during the entire fight. It puts a mark on you and each time when 60 sec cooldown on this ability hits 0, your health points should be at 100%. Otherwise Shaman summons three small kretches and with each dead kretch his damage increases slightly. Keep in mind that the buffing effect stacks, so with each dead pet Shaman will be more and more powerful.
Cannibalism
When the Shaman drops below 70% HP and sees a fallen enemy (such as a mount or wraith), he will restore 20% of his maximum HP. Because of this, you shouldn’t summon any mounts or wraiths during the fight. Additionally, because of Shackles of Powerlessness effect, summoned mounts can't use their special abilities, keep that in mind as well.
Exception:
If the Shaman's HP falls below 10%, you can summon a Time-Lost Battle Tuver. It is immune to Shackles of Powerlessness and, thanks to its unique ability, will instantly execute the Shaman upon facing him.
It is also worth mentioning that weakening and retribution effects from scrolls and powders do not affect the Kratkh Shaman, so don’t use them during the fight.
Blessings:
It pretty much depends on how strong your character is and how many people you have in your group. If you can beat the butcher without issues, then you can assume that the Kratkh Shaman can be a similar case. Cheap blessings are always welcome though: elixir of destruction (extra vampirism allows you to maintain high HP level), BoE or BoV blessings, blessing of the heavens. Literally anything that boosts your damage and healing.
Butcher fight takes roughly around 5-15 minutes, the same goes with shaman, so you are going to have 30-50 minutes of leftover blessings, keep that in mind if you don’t like wasting blessings.
You might also want to try a Courage Vial — it only works for one fight and cannot be combined with most of the effects, but together with Punch, it can really boost your damage.
I’ve prepared two main strategies and a bonus one, feel free to choose whichever suits you best.
Hit hard strategy
Recommended for bonecrushers and/or players with decent buffs.
Belt setup:
Execution:
Alternate between vampire and power elixirs to stay alive and deal consistent high damage. Use Thirst for Blood or Large Thirst for Blood as your superblow – they have a chance to stun the Shaman and deal double damage, and regardless of the stun, they also restore a decent amount of HP through vampirism.
Although the Shaman summons minions roughly every 60–70 seconds, with this high-damage approach, the fight should end in under 5 minutes so he won’t be able to stack up significant attack power. Therefore we can ignore All for One ability and just hit hard and quickly.
No rush strategy
Preferred if you're a dodger/heavyweight, have no access to strong blessings, or simply like a slower, controlled approach – whatever the reason.
Belt setup:
Execution:
The Shaman doesn’t hit particularly hard – it’s the Kretch Stuff effect that makes this fight more annoying. The more vampirism you have, the easier it is to survive and deal consistent damage. Use Thirst for Blood or Large Thirst for Blood as your superblow – for the same reasons as in the Hit Hard Strategy.
Try to keep your HP close to maximum, using vampire potions if needed. When the cooldown on All for One reaches zero, you must be at full HP to prevent Shaman from summoning his pets. Ideally, wait it out during your turn so you can react. Just keep an eye on the timer of this effect, the icon with the timer is placed under your HP bar.
Depending on how close to full HP you are, you can:
If you fail to reach full HP in time, don’t worry – just kill the summoned Kretches and deal with the Shaman’s empowered blows. Keep in mind that the buff effect stacks, so avoid letting it happen repeatedly. While the fight takes longer, the strategy minimizes the risk and prevents the Shaman from stacking bonus damage, which could eventually make the fight too difficult to win.
Side note:
If you don’t have 8 belt slots, but 4 or more, put elixir of giant, slot of healing scrolls, celebration punch and a slot of vampire elixirs, fill any other free slots with vampire/life elixirs. You should also consider taking more blessings or grouping up with other players.
BONUS “Cheesy” strategy (source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0JXKkC-e7rY):
The Shaman’s difficulty scales based on the first enemy he faces. If that’s a level 2 Zigred, the Shaman’s stats are reduced.
Preparation:
Buy and place 2-3 Zigred Wraiths in your quick pocket. You can manage your quick pockets in one of the backpack tabs and you can access them by clicking the small red arrow next to combat backpack on the right side of the screen.
Execution:
Initiate the fight and spam-click the Wraith so it enters first. If it “sees” the shaman before your character does, the Shaman’s HP drops to ~700 - an easy kill for you.
Note:
This requires practice. The faster your fight loads, the harder the trick. You can waste even more time by trying to pull this trick off. If you fail, during the fight Shaman will heal 20% of his HP for each zigred that died, so failure means that it is better to die and start the fight again.
You can try this strategy for fun or if you have no other way as a beginner with no group.
Some final thoughts:
The Shaman isn’t the strongest enemy, but his abilities can catch unprepared warriors off guard. There’s no universal way to beat him — this guide just offers a few strategies that might help, and gives you a general idea of what the Shaman does in combat.
Good luck!

Belt setup:
- elixir of giant
- celebration punch (optional, but helpful)
- 1–2 life elixirs
- 1–3 slots of Vampire Elixirs (the weaker your blows, the less)
- 1–2 slots Healing Scrolls
- Use a health potion or healing scroll (note: scrolls have cooldowns, so use them early enough to have them ready for the next cycle)
- Wait for passive healing to fill your HP bar (Blessing of the Heavens, Brotherhood of Virtue effects, Black Dragon and any other effects and items that heal you passively)
Good luck!

A SIMPLE LVL 11-15 GUIDE TO CELESTIAL KRETCH BUTCHER

Lets Start with Celestial Kretch Butcher Skills...
1. Shackles of Powerlessness

What does it do? - Prevents the use of mounts in battle..
You summon mounts, mounts gonna run out with tails between it legs...
2. Sixth Sense

This skill is about leveling to the player.... It's like those weigh-in session in boxing... You come in high level... Butcher gonna be high in Hit points (hp)
3. Break Formation

If you block, you gonna get hit real good.. This skill powers the Butcher to hit you hard if you in block..
4. In the name of Butcher

This one is annoying, when Butcher in danger.... those small kretches will jump in to sacrifice and heal Butcher as if they got slots of Healing Scrolls... ugghh
5. Green Slime

If the Butcher sees you chugging life potions, he will remove it and poisons your entire team... wouldn't want that, do you?
6. Omnious Aura

Butcher prevents you from sucking his life for your own... it's so bad that even Small Elixir of Atshi doesn't work.
7. Evasive

This is more to cancelling the effect of Retribution or Weakening from scrolls or powder and even stops the effects from arrows... but that bow/quiver stats still helps tho...
Where to find this Celestial Kretch Butcher...
Well, during the event Sky Powered Up Kretch Butcher...
You can find this in the Kretch Lair... yep.. the exact same spot as normal Butcher....
Humans can find it in Free Meadows while Magmars can find it in Smoky Knolls
Now, let's get down to business in confronting the Butcher..
First of all, as a lvl 11-15 mage... we got to focus on two thing, Belts and Buffs..
Simple tips... Go Giant, Anger, Spirit, 3 Slots of Mana, and the rest is Lifes..
DO NOT BRING IN ATSHI....IT'S NOT EFFECTIVE!
Belts done, now Buffs...
Use buffs that add on wisdom, you need that extra punch...
Main - Earth Gift Scroll / Elixir / Charm
Heroic - BOV (Ahimsa)/BOE (Black Dragon) buffs
Decks - Plant / Stone / Fish
Others - Aureole / Twilight / Dragon Gift / Heaven Blessing / Ocean Amulet
Any other buffs that can add it will be helpful to make the fight finish faster
The Fights!
Make sure you buff up before enter the Butcher location in Kretch Lair.... the Boss can attack you out of nowhere... Don't want to caught you by surprise without buffs and loaded belts eh? then someone got to burn their amulet of resurrection..
Enter lair, buff up, check belts...AND! check your teammates... some of them might afk at the wrong time wrong place... the next thing you know "Attack on Player A has ended".
All of your teammate buffed up... Enter Butcher location and 1st player attack it. Pots up (Giant, Anger, Spirit) and ready to fight. Butcher will see you and buff its own hp to the player. The remaining teammates can start clearing the area from the other kretches. This can avoid Butcher from using "In the name of Butcher" skill.
As a mage, you will go into mage stance. So don't worry on the Break Formation skills. Just start attacking it and time it nicely for the 2nd player to join. Best if you took it down by 10% hp then enter the 2nd and so on.
Do mind that Butcher do not have Mighty Confrontation so each player can only see it once at a time, other need to wait for their turns.
Best Part!
Even though Butcher Skills for Shackles prevent you from using mounts, there are some certain mounts that you can use that can override that skill.
Gromdrag, Time-Lost Battle Tuver and Arhas
Gromdrag skill are useful in giving you the boost in attack
Tuver can end Butcher if its hp drops under 10%
Arhas gives you the sudden boost in hp (This mount is like instant coffee, temporary goodness, use it wisely)
With all this in mind, that Celestial Butcher won't stand a chance...
Either you buff/belts up good or you bring a good teammates...
I personally have a mate that buff up like he want to take down Poseidopus everytime he fights Empowered Superbeings... left to another 15-20% hp left for us to join to end it..
Which means this Celestial Kretch Butcher is definitely soloable...
Before i forget, the rewards are Battered Chest for the first kill and up to 5 Small Shabby Chest for the next 5 runs.. Enjoy your loots.
Thank you for reading through my guide :D
