The second fragment of the Stone of 'Revelations'

Is there really no other way to complete the quest? Am i really supposed to charge into human territory with my level lol :no:
Does anyone have an idea of what to do?

there is no other way, but you do it during non-break to avoid your armour getting broken and also choose a time when there's fewer players online (for example at 4-6 am). you can also use elixir of speed and a mount if you have one. Vaslav's location is pretty close to virigiya district, so it shouldn't be too hard ;)
