Closed Precious Casket - a little problem

Hi, today magic wand gave me Closed Precious Casket, but when from Soygura i click on casket, tell me "You do not have a closed precious box!"

It has happened before, i must click on closed precious box to open the chest.

This problem happens to me often.

I'm not wrong to see my box, nor even to click on right chest.
