lagg in both polish and german servar

Hello

I couldn't install game client on my PC but i just want to report for serious lagg today in CC (polish one) for 40min. (i join in the middle of CC 30 was waiting for refresh of the servar). Next is arena in polish where even could make a sphere and give refresh and wait... till i see that the arena is over.
