Sorry I am blind and miss out the part "Note: Must have completed the Balthazar Banishment" However do I need to own one Balthazar ring to be able to get the reward for either Smasher ring/exhaustion ring/stun ring.

Need detail guide on how to get the quest and also completing it to get the reward. Balthazar's Ring Where: I-Vidi @ Grand Fort Suburbs Reward: Your choice of (Smasher Ring) or (Exhaustion Ring) or (Stun Ring) Note: Must have completed the Balthazar Banishment
