When you buy red weapon(s) and see the "use" option on a weapon,if you click on it,you will receive this scroll + 25 badges of one kind which are the collection pieces of Sid Speed Element
When you use this scroll,your red weapon(s) will have 30 days to expire and will have 50/50 item strength instead of 6/1.
