The system message didn't tell Master-of-Poland what he received 10 items of!
There has to be a mixup in the player's chat. Half of the first message is missing in what he sent you: "... On top of that, you can now learn a profession by visiting the Guild of Artisans in City Square."
The 10pcs of something come from a different event like a mob's drop.
In the future, please get the player him- or herself to contact us.
