Clan Disabanded

i have a problem i didnt pay clan fee for the month nd im still in clan after 2 days after fee i would appreciate any help i no longer want clan to be active ... all it keeps sayin is clan will be disbanded less then a day nd still have a clan :{

My clan leader has got cursed but wants to give the clan to me and not let it get disbanded what do I do?
