I went in game to take my video contest reward and opened the thingy but theres nothing inside why?

Before I opened it it said the packet expires in 16 hours so I didn't let it expire so I opened it but nothing was inside but it clearly showed there was something.

Please give my reward I spent more hours than many other who participated in video event.
