There isn't any CC happening right now because everyone is busy min-maxing in level 3-4(even though it might be quite populated in terms of number of players) + no participants on mag side. I have no clue about the other level brackets but even the pre-initiation quests of Agudar seem impossible let alone the actual Agudar quests.
I think there should be changes to battlefields or UK quests. The only active battlefield is Arena and even the victory tokens there are useless. For example, make us play against bots(similar to character wraiths) or remove the race limitation.
