Night Stealer Assignment - Kill the wizard

i received the above assignment to kill the wizard in Village Angriyar which i did....and received a wizard's ring http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.ph…6558024....that was over a week ago and i have done other night stealer quests since....ive tried handing it over for rep and it doesnt allow. I dont remember receiving any rep when i returned to inform the night stealers of my success....i have checked with several mentors and they believe this may be a glitch....please could you look into it for me as the ring is on a countdown and only has 18 days left. Thanks.
