Cant find back my acc

I was playing my acc one day i post this and everything was fine i came back in the morning and its said "wrong password" so i did again (i have my password written) after having looked and still it said wrong password so i did recover password and when i writted my email it said no user registered to that email. What should i do??

P.S im posting using a new acc so if you want to delete that one after i recover the other its fine
