I meant to say that I use my card for his Feao account to buck it up, because it's the only plan that seems to work. Anyone else experience these glitches?

This, on behalf of my friend. Paypal, naturally is really screwy. Change your address or email, while keeping the card on file is a walking nightmare. However, using VISA, it seems that it continues to decline his perfectly good card. This now, for a month - which is why he must solicite the help of others to buck up my Feao bank account with their card. You lose, they lose, and I hope someone can help us help our pal with this problem. Ideas, anyone?
