Why would I be given a lvl3 axe yesterday, and now a lvl 7 is offered today. Does the stock rotate, and I just need to watch the fair till the equipment I want is offered. Sorry, I'm sure you have been getting questions about the weapons issue all day. Just want to know for any future purchase.

Any way for those of us who got the lvl 3 weapons to get them upgraded to the, now available, lvl 7? Or is this a case of "buyer beware"?
