i opened a phitzell pack i bought at the emporium and i still have no phitzells

i've been trying to buy diamonds to pay the 10 diamond banker debt i have but everytime i put in the qty then hit Visa the "buy" button disappears. so i cant pay debt yet and i dont want to be cursed to not play when i'm trying to pay.
