i have bubbly and rag leather both in back pack.. but the cogwheel is where one of my bubbly metal went.. now i need to find where to get the belt made with rag leather..??

I have had stavros the blacksmith make me the cogwheel and cant get ostap to make the belt i need. i have talked to a couple mentors and they said i should talk to yall.. may be a glitch in quest update..i have the leather in my backpack .. can you help..?? thank you for your time.. fargo
