Instance Map for DH can not be opened

Dear Admin, In about 2 weeks my instance map for DH can't be opened. I have re-opened it many times but the result is the same (it can only opened 20 % and just stopped). The cache in my Mozila Web Browser has been changed to optimum capacity, also my Flash Player and Java is the last version up dated. Please help me to solve this problem. Best Regrad.
