Nobody is gonna so much as tell me theres nothing they can do? Can this be fixed?

My great thirst for blood combo is high, high, mid, low, high. When I was lvl 6 I had no problem with it. Now at lvl 7 I complete the combo and don't get the effect wheather I hit or not. Then if I try to start the combo again I get my 3 hit combo on my next attack because its low, high, high which makes me waste another attack just to try a new combo. I hope this is a glitch and can be resolved.

I was logged out in the middle of a battle with a yeti.
