Please fix my ability to get the battle training quest. thank you

Hello, I had warlords belt to hand into Ostap, which i did approx 12:30 today. I expected to be able to pick normal or reinforced. I wanted to pick normal, but was only given the option of reinforced, so I picked that. Can this be changed as I only really wanted the normal one? Also, my quest log now shows the information below, however when I go see Ostap I see no reference to the belt anymore. Currently,I only have enough items for the normal belt, which was my plan. Hi, I have entered 2 fights since the upgrade. Both times the fight loaded to 98% and stuck. Refresh and other tricks would not make it unblock from 98%. What is going on please? I am getting killed and equipement damage due to time outs. This is not good. Thanks in advance. GoldenOldie
