From what i've tested: Red Powder , and i assume all powders, take place of your hit when u use them. I've only used Red so far, but it does some amount of dmg, of which i don't know how it is calculated, after 60seconds. So u use it, takes place of your hit, 60seconds later enemy is hit with dmg. I've fonud that the best use of this is Blocking initially, then throwing 3-7 Red Powders at target as quickly as possible, and healing myself when necessary. so during the time u r just throwing powde...
