Malle Browser Cross Knight i tried it lots of times and it wont work

admins i cant make a clan because when i submit request it gives me this message:Unable to upload file. Please check the format of your clan logo and make sure you have 10 Signed Registration Forms. but i dont know whats wrong i have 10 signed forms and the image i have is 13x13 gif is it a bug?

i cant use warlords blessing,it says i already got blessing like this but i only have elders and face the book blessing plz fix this,thnx
