why must i take the hit when it's the game adm. fault?

3 times today , and many more in the last few months has my game froz-up while i was
ahead in the fight and the program kills me and takes points off my armor and weapons
i've lost s lot of equipment that way , to say nothing about potions , time , and something needs to be done about this .:bomb:

I don't see any admin fault here. We are not responsible for your computer freezing or for your internet connection problems.
